Booking form
The booking form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. The information is not submitted to or stored in a patient database on this website.
Information you choose to send
If you continue to WhatsApp, email or phone, the information you provide is handled through those communication channels and their providers. Share only what is needed to request an appointment. Do not include detailed symptoms, medical history or highly sensitive medical information in the initial booking message unless the practice asks for it through an appropriate channel.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not include advertising cookies, analytics scripts or a patient portal. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site.
Payment provider
After confirming availability and the amount, the practice may send a secure Yoco payment link through WhatsApp. Payment details are entered on Yoco’s hosted checkout; this website never receives or stores card numbers, CVVs or bank login details.
Medical emergencies
This website provides general information and appointment requests. It is not an emergency-response service. Seek urgent medical care if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
